ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE
Strength training is designed to improve strength and endurance. In this workout you'll be mixing in body weight exercises with weights or using common household goods such as cans and water bottles. You'll constantly be moving from squats, to pushups, to burpees, to single toe touches, and leg raises.
This experience is open to all levels. Your coach is here to help and will provide modifications to offer a safe and accessible workout environment. Together, your group will become stronger and more powerful!

WHAT TO BRING
Yoga Mat (optional)
Weights (optional) If you do not have access weights, we recommend using 1 liter water bottles or cans available in the house.
Seesaw will let you know if there are additional items we recommend for the experience.

HOW TO JOIN
This is a virtual event. Once you’ve booked, we will send you an email with all the details on how to join including a Zoom link which can be forwarded to all of your participants. Please ensure all participants have downloaded the free version of Zoom prior to the class on a desktop or mobile device.
Any experience can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of payment, otherwise we are unable to cancel your class. In the case that you need to reschedule your event and we are able to accommodate, there is a 20% rescheduling fee.
