DO I GET CHARGED WHEN I MAKE A RESERVATION?
Your inquiry is a reservation request only. We do not collect payment at the time of the reservation request. A Seesaw expert will reply within 24 hours to confirm your reservation and send a link for payment.
HOW DO WE BOOK AND PAY FOR OUR EXPERIENCE?
Once a reservation is confirmed, Seesaw will send a secure link to process payment and confirm your booking. We accept all major credit cards.
WHAT IS SEESAW'S CANCELLATION POLICY?
Any experience can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of payment, otherwise we are unable to cancel your class. In the case that you need to reschedule your event and we are able to accommodate, there is a 20% rescheduling fee.
WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME NEEDED IN ORDER TO BOOK AN EVENT?
Most experiences require 2 weeks lead time to schedule, unless otherwise noted.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE A PACKAGE?
Yes, you can work with Seesaw PLUS, our white glove service to create customized experience calendars. Seesaw also has the ability to produce custom promotional products designed for each event. For information on Seesaw PLUS or promotional products, please contact us.
HOW DO WE JOIN AN EXPERIENCE?
These are virtual experiences and hosted on Zoom, unless otherwise noted. Once you've booked, we will send you an email with all the details on how to join including a link which can then be forwarded to all the participants. Please ensure all participants download the free version of Zoom prior to the experience. Upon request, we are able to host our experiences on other video conferencing platforms.
WHAT ARE THE GUEST REQUIREMENTS?
