There is a lot of chaos in the world and we all know how a bad night’s sleep can hamper both happiness and productivity. Proper adult sleep is vital to mental and physical well-being.
For those that are always asking themselves – “Why am I so tired?” Our sleep class contains all the information you need to optimize your body, mind, and surroundings to prepare for a restful night of sleep.
Our sleep coach will virtually teach tips and tricks for better sleep, from lighting, temperature, EMFs, sound, and air quality. This class will help individuals achieve their sleep goals and be ready for a great night of sleep!

HOW TO JOIN
This is a virtual event. Once you’ve booked, we will send you an email with all the details on how to join including a Zoom link which can be forwarded to all of your participants. Please ensure all participants have downloaded the free version of Zoom prior to the class on a desktop or mobile device.
Any experience can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of payment, otherwise we are unable to cancel your class. In the case that you need to reschedule your event and we are able to accommodate, there is a 20% rescheduling fee.
