ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE
Students of all levels learn how to work with emotions, feelings, and sensations, to understand them better and learn how to release and let them go. Our meditation classes teach different techniques and methods from chanting to breathing to build greater awareness in the present moment. We promise those who come will leave feeling calmer, more focused, and all around nourished.
Settle into a cushion/pillow or chair, or lie down where you like and our experienced teacher will lead a 30-minute class that includes a 20-minute guided meditation, as well as time for Q&A.

HOW TO JOIN
This is a virtual event. Once you’ve booked, we will send you an email with all the details on how to join including a Zoom link which can be forwarded to all of your participants. Please ensure all participants have downloaded the free version of Zoom prior to the class on a desktop or mobile device.
Any experience can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of payment, otherwise we are unable to cancel your class. In the case that you need to reschedule your event and we are able to accommodate, there is a 20% rescheduling fee.
